My name is Ola Hossein, Austrian and I have roots in Iraq. With a passion for design from a young age, I have traveled to over 40 countries, immersing myself in diverse cultures. For the past eight years, I lived and worked in Dubai, where I established and owned a successful furnishing company. Three years ago, I made the exciting decision to move to Bali, focusing on development projects and assisting developers with property sales.

In addition to my furnishing company, I have also established an interior design hub based in Dubai. My ultimate goal is to make my clients’ dreams come true by creating exquisite spaces that exceed their expectations. To achieve this, I work closely with local Balinese professionals to secure the best land deals and negotiate comfortable payment terms.

Furthermore, I prioritize legal compliance and provide comprehensive services to ensure our clients’ satisfaction. We work closely with a dedicated legal team and professional notary to deliver the best solutions for tax considerations and adherence to local laws and regulations.
